Product Overview
SafeBox AV is a secure technical enclosure built around a reinforced welded steel frame. It combines physical protection, durability, discreet integration and practical maintenance access.
The enclosure is fitted around an existing cabinet to improve its protection without requiring major infrastructure modification. It is suitable for railway, telecoms, automation and electrical equipment in urban, isolated or otherwise exposed locations.
Reinforced Welded Galvanised Structure
A hot-dip galvanised welded assembly provides strength, resistance to vandalism and a long service life.
Four-Point Hardened Steel Locking
Ø25 mm hardened steel bars secure the enclosure at four locking points.
Concealed Hinges
Four invisible hinges per door leaf reduce the risk of forced removal.
No Visible External Assembly
No screws, bolts or assembly fixings are accessible from outside the enclosure.
C5M Surface Protection
Double primer and a powder-coated finish provide protection in aggressive outdoor environments.
Maintenance Access
The enclosure is designed for disassembly when major maintenance intervention is required.
Engineering Detail
Overclad Installation
Fitted around the existing cabinet without requiring major infrastructure modification.
Four-Point Locking
Ø25 mm hardened steel bars provide secure locking at four points.
Concealed Hinges
Four invisible hinges per door leaf help prevent forced removal.
Welded Steel Frame
The frame uses 80 × 80 mm steel tubes with a wall thickness of 3 mm and is hot-dip galvanised as one assembly.
Matched Ventilation
Ventilation openings can be reproduced on the doors where required by the existing equipment.
Designed for Disassembly
The enclosure can be dismantled for major maintenance without cutting or weakening its structure.
